Using this site

You may browse and order for your own use. You may not copy our text, images, brand names or logos for commercial purposes without written permission.

Orders

An order is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation message. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if a price has been listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

Prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm.

Product information

We describe fragrance strength and duration as accurately as we can, but fragrance performance varies with room size, ventilation, temperature and humidity. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the product.

Liability

Our products are for household use as directed on the pack. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest. We are not liable for misuse. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

Complaints

Contact our grievance officer at contact@a1jair.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within one month.
