Damaged, leaking or wrong item

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photograph. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and we will not ask you to return it at your own cost.

If you simply did not like the fragrance

Fragrance is personal, and we would rather know. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the pack is unopened we will refund it. If you have opened it and it is not right for you, tell us why — we may still refund or replace it, and your feedback is worth more to us than the sale.

What we cannot take back

• Items reported more than 7 days after delivery, unless faulty.
• Items that have been substantially used.

How to start a return

Email contact@a1jair.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 00000 00000 with your order number and a photograph. We reply within 48 hours.

How long refunds take

Once approved, refunds are issued within 7 working days to your original payment method. UPI refunds usually arrive sooner.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. Contact us as soon as you can.
