What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and whatever you write in your message. When you place an order we also collect your delivery address and payment reference.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to deliver what you ordered, and to contact you about that order. We use feedback you give us to improve the product. That is all.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your details to anyone.
• We do not share your details with third parties except delivery partners and payment providers who need them to complete your order.
• We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for two years. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

Write to us at contact@a1jair.com and ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will act within 30 days.
